1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently an NOC Engineer for XXXX where his daily responsibilities includes monitoring the network traffic, OT point post status, check pop side battery power state, and check the data center environment. He is also responsible for troubleshooting network problems, configuration and policy pinning to their customers alongside other engineers. He also supports and provides technical training to their ground engineers and custom market teams, prepare report to their manager, and give training to junior engineers. Before this, he was also an Associate Network Engineer at XXXX and was an IT Administrator for XXXX for about 4 years.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his hardworking skills and time management efficiency. He is also proficient with troubleshooting and networking since he has been doing this several years now; it includes resolving issues and tickets. He is good in solving incoming complaints, list them out, and can lead them to completely recover within the SLA.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience as an NOC Engineer. He is also knowledgeable of OSI and TCP/IP models; daily responsibilities includes operating data transmission network operation principles and equipment. He also mentioned he is strongest with networking and started his career there so he’s good with it. There’s no DWDM network in his current company so it is not a daily task for him but he is keen to learn and have hands-on experience in it.
