Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
With more than 3 years of experience working in the IT industry and mainly working for DWDM networks. She is currently working as a Transmission engineer in one of the companies in Myanmar. She said that one of her responsibilities is to handle the equipments like the fiber optics and do the testing as well. She also do the commissioning, implementation, and office works onsite.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
She has good communication skills which she rates her skills for 3.8 out of 5 and with almost 4 years of experience in the DWDM networks. She also said that she has some knowledge in NOC but don’t have the solid experience on that and planning to take certifications as well related to networking.
