With more than 5 years of experience working in the IT industry. She had an experience working as an IT support engineer and currently working as a network and system engineer in Myanmar. She said that in her current role, she is responsible for the network troubleshooting and the issues facing by their clients. Their company is also planning to build a new branch and she was tasked to configure the VPN and SSL connections. She mostly do configure the switches, routers, and firewalls mainly for the cisco product.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? .Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
She has a strong skill in networking and knowledgeable in troubleshooting switches, routers, and FortiGate firewalls which she rates her skills for 3 out of 5. She also has a certification for Cisco which is the CCNA and currently working on for her CCNP.
