He’s a fast learner and can resolve problem easily, very good with troubleshooting since he’s been doing it for a long time now.

Has 2+ years of experience in IT support. Knowledgeable with Windows 7 & 10, MS Office, 365 applications. Familiar with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Also has supported printers and learned supporting mobile devices by himself, not specialized in it but can fix problems. Has experience in Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
