1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
   After graduating in the XXXX, he joined as a Junior .Net Developer in local communities and after that, moved to XXXX as a Full Stack Software Engineer and worked there for about 2+ years. He also worked for few more companies as a Full Stack Software Engineer in XXXX and XXXX Myanmar. He is currently working with XXXX as a Full Stack Software Engineer where he is involved in two projects: the HR management system and the other one is a mini inventory system. He’s mostly using .Net Framework and .Net Core technology with the latest versions, he’s also using MSSQL for the database.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be frontend, backend, and then comes database. In terms of technologies, he’s good with .Net framework and .Net core, and also very good with C# when it comes to backend since he has been using this for over 8 years now. For the frontend, he’s proficient with Java and bootstrap framework.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has over 8 years of experience in software development. Strong with C# and .Net framework, .Net core technologies; he has been working on this for 8+ years. Has experience with AWS as well and has used this for one of the medical projects from his previous role, familiar with Waterfall methodology as well although currently he’s more into Agile technology.
