He said that most of his experience is in the hospitality areas and have worked in different hotels in Malaysia. He is hands-on in any IT related issues specially with the guest information and in the internet performance security. He has certifications for information security and in charged in 6 different areas in his work which are the front office, housekeeping, security, spa etc. He have done trainings in critical incident and management trainings as well as for the Information technology.

He has LAN/WAN experience of 6 to 7 years and also help in terms of troubleshooting when the system is down and had a hands-on experience. He also mentioned that he do a hands-on and online trainings for the people in his team especially when it is related to security and handled 20 people.
