With more than 20 years of experience in program/project planning, execution, and evaluation across diverse industries. He said that he started his career as a technical support but move quickly on the change management. He has more than 8 years of experience in the change management and currently focusing on the project management, program management, and PMO. He also said that most of the project has been in the technology field and mainly on the government which is for the National registration project for the national identity cards and the biometrics for fingerprint verification and other related projects for Tanzania. He was doing project management as well for the school management system in Malaysia and provide a teaching and learning platform and Internet connectivity to 10,000 schools nationwide, which included a software as a service offering such as the Monitoring Service to enable the end user or clients to monitor the KPI's, network, and also usage of the teaching and learning platform in schools.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? .Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With strong skills in project, communication, risk management, and PMO which he rates his skills for 4 out of 5. He also rates his skills for stakeholders’ management and communication for 5 out of 5. He said that he has no certifications related to security but he is currently working on his PMP certification and had an experience working as a 2nd level technical support and do some networking activities in his previous job.
