1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working in the IT domain for about 12 years now and specializing in blockchain for almost 7 years now. He has worked with different blockchain similar to Ethereum, Cosmos, and Substrate; he has worked on several blockchain projects as well and has contributed to open-source blockchain projects as well. Currently, he’s a Technical Lead for XXXX where he is mainly doing meetings with team on a daily basis, distribute their tasks, and implemented EVM on Bitcoin protocol as well, enabling users to deploy smart contracts directly on their blockchain nodes. They also work on fixing issues, resolve problems, and responsible for about 60% of their coding, 40% of meetings, handling projects, creating Agile frameworks, and code reviews as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Technical Lead where he was involved with Wallet Management Services and some Exchanges as well. He was also with XXXX as a Senior Blockchain Developer where he was working on blockchain infrastructure deployment and maintenance. He was also a Blockchain Developer for XXXX where he was mostly developing blockchain-based projects, wallets, and deploy Solidity smart contracts.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Rust programming language alogn with Golang since he mostly uses these for projects. In terms of blockchain, he’s strong with Ethereum and Cosmos, also now learning the Bitcoin protocol and that has his interest as of the moment.   
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has more than 6 years of experience in blockchain-based development and has strong knowledge of smart contracts (Solidity), web3 ecosystems, Defi, decentralized storages, and tokenization as well. He has great knowledge and hands-on with both backend and frontend frameworks such as Restful APIs, JavaScript, and some UI/UX principles as well. Coming to AI, he is willing to learn more about it and use in professional projects. Vast experience in technical leadership and is currently handling about 4 technical person: two senior architects and developers.
