Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
With more than 15 years of experience working in a multi-national organization, specializing in driving complex technology transformations and managing large-scale delivery responsibilities. He is currently working as a senior IT manager and responsible for the IT infrastructure and operations for IAM for the company. He said that he look after the networks, switches, routers, and load balancers and said that he does restructure the JML. He also does the recertifications and audits etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that his strongest skill is the stakeholder management which he rates his skill for 4 out of 5. He also mentioned that he had an experience handling 6 countries in his previous job so he was working with the managers and department heads for the finance, marketing, and sales.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With good knowledge in networking especially for the LAN/WAN layers 1 to 3 and rates his skills for 3 to 4 out of 5. He also has a certification for ITIL and CIAM and with solid 15 years of experience and with experience handling a team which is consist of 17 people.
