Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
With more than 17 eyars of experience working in the IT industry. He said that he started his career as a service desk and most of his jobs when he was starting are for contractual. He said that in his previous jobs, he was dealing mainly on solving issues which are facing by the customers and do the hands-on troubleshooting as well. He also do manage the end users, servers, and had an experience working for the data center for its products as well like routers and switches. He also do the maintaining of those devices, do migrations, and implementations as well.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he has a strong skill in terms of handling the server, active directories, exchange, do backups, and for the AWS cloud. He also has a good skill in databases for SQL and provide support on premise or just remote. He has a cybersecurity experience for 7 years and rates his skills for 4 to 5, he also had an experience handling 15 people in his previous job and with Azure and ITIL certifications.
