Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
With more than 15 years working in the IT industry. He started his career in a start-up company and worked as a customer support engineer and was exposed on the different technologies like Windows and Linux servers. He also worked as a principal system administrator which he manages the global customers and managing the war room which they discuss all the issues that encountered by their customers together with the different infra teams. After that, he moved to Malaysia and do the same role again and help on the advance operational services team where he help the customers to identify any product gaps or learning knowledge gaps and make sure that they deliver a customer tailored programs for them and escalation management problem change management etc. He also worked on a project where they identify the risks for all the infrastructure components and reducing the risk or associated risks with it.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He has a good skill in motivating the team and good in collaborating with the cross-functional teams. He also has the ability to work under pressure and with leadership skills as well. He rates his skills in terms of cybersecurity for 3 out of 5 since he said that technology is quickly changing or there always an update.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With Cybersecurity experience for 6 years now and had an experience handling a team which is consist of 15 engineers. He has 10 years of experience in LAN/WAN networks and good in providing solutions to the customers problem and with ITIL certification.
