1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He studied IT Software Engineering and started working as a developer. Most of his career was spent on IT consultancy companies, just understanding what the clients needed and implementing systems for them especially ERPs. He was also previously with XXXX where he worked with the internal IT department managing the ERP development team in EMEA, he opened up the team and the company in looking into newer technologies and ways of working. After that, he moved in Malaysia where he is based as of the moment and started his own company, XXXX, where they offered consultancy services to other companies and see if his services could be applied to other companies. Currently, he’s a Co-Founder and a CTO as well for XXXX where they aim to develop a SaaS platform for app developers with a tool for them to implement gamification strategies very easily into their apps, they’ve been developing the MVP and managing a small team as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be hands-on coding since he has strong background with it. He does have great understanding of different technologies and architectures. Has lots of experience aligning business goals as well with technologies; has been playing around machine learning, AI, and is continuously learning about them as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has proven experience in technical leadership and also with founding startups of his own. He has great expertise in software engineering, implementing Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices for most of his projects. Recently, he was involved with developing a full stack SaaS MVP and led their technical team in Agile development as well.
