1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has a total experience of 16+ years in the industry across multiple employments, particulary in the data center environment. His most recent employment was with XXXX as an Operation Director where he run the local operation in Malaysia and oversee every aspect of the operation. Before that, he was a Managing Director for XXXX where he managed daily operations of organization and also provided project management consultation to their clients. Several positions before this, he was the Senior BD Manager for XXXX, Head of Division for XXXX, and mostly data center related positions before that.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill in terms of his personality would be his very strong and convincing personality; he enjoys talking to people and has developed great skills for business development, sales, and also technical knowledge particularly in the data center infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, and ELV kind of stuff. Also great with doing technical sales with those being said.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has more than 16 years of experience in the IT data center industry and has some knowledge of semiconductor industry as well but not in a professional level. Also has experience in setting up channel sales for distribution. His most recent industries are involving OEM manufacturing for mining vehicles and mostly for automotive. Recently, was not much involved with sales or business development; most of their customers are only within internal branches so they are involved with meetings but not much in the streamline production.
