- Previously, he worked with XXX Ltd XXX Pte Ltd as a Network Engineer, responsible in end-to-end network, user troubleshooting issues within the network, also configuring interval routing on Layer-3 switches. He also worked with the different companies within the same umbrella of XX such as XXX Singapore, XXX and XXX Previously worked at XXX as an Associate Software Engineer, and Siemens as an IT technical support for their Toshiba account.
- He was in an investment bank when he was in Singapore, he worked as NOC Engineer. He has an experience in some trading platform but not professional but more on end-user.
- Networking and Support- Would describe himself as expert 9 out of 10, in with extensive knowledge in complex issues such as routing and switching, Firewall maintenance, Network configuration. He has been NOC engineer / network engineer for almost 8 years. Can easily resolve and troubleshoot complex network issues and this is what he focused on day to day in his previous jobs. AD server and file server as part of their troubleshooting in Republic Polytechnic of Singapore. But not as hands on as he has been in Networking, still room to improve and learn.
