1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her background is in accounting and after she graduate, she does account works before. After that, she migrated to New Zealand and most of her background are related to business. Currently more than 5 years working in her current company as a business and development analyst. Worked also for a few months as a billing analyst in XXX but main role is as a BA. She also does jobs which is relate to system improvements, efficiency, improve the process, link the process, and integrate the systems. She also handled EDI projects and last year, they implement a system which is a B2B portal for their customer to see all the information such as the order, product availability, and when is the order will be delivered etc.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She said that for her soft skills, she has a good attention to detail and can also deals with a large data set and rate those skills 5 out of 5. She can also communicate with the different internal or external stakeholders and rate that 4 out 5. When it comes to her technical skills, she said that she knows how to use Power BI and rate her skills 2 out of 5 because she’s just starting to learn it. Knows how to use excel and SAP and rate her skills for that 4 out of 5.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She said that she handles EDI projects and good in terms of coordinating with the IT people and their customers as well. With more than 3 years handling EDI projects and rates her skills for that 4 out of 5 but clarify that she is not that too technical but know its process. She also has some project management experience since she also handles people in their company.
