1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 3+ years of experience as a data engineer and about 5 years of experience in dealing with data analytics. He is currently working with XXXX as a Data Engineer where he was involved already in several projects and is leading the design and implementation of Data Services and Analytics. His day-to-day responsibilities includes trying to sell solutions that involves Microsoft. He is working on whatever concerns data in their company and also doing some database admin on the side. Before, was working for XXXX as an Admin and Business Analyst and started off as a Data Analyst for XXXX in Africa.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Python and SQL since he always tries to make use of these skills for his works. He is also good with ETL, try to get it from several sources, bring them into Azure, and try to transform it and load it into data warehouse. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 in Python, 4 out of 5 in SQL.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 3+ years of experience as a data engineer and has about 5+ years of experience in data analytics. Strongest with Python and has good knowledge of JavaScript, Java, and C++ as well. Also proficient in building data pipelines and mapping databases. Strong with databases especially SQL. At the moment, he is very knowledgeable with Azure and would love to learn GCP as well if given the opportunity.
