He has stayed here for about 5 years. Before this, he was a Manager at XXXX where he handled all administrative tasks and ensure everything is going perfectly well for their company. His first job was an Assistant Networking Engineer for XXXX

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his program management skills since he has been doing this for quite some time now especially in his last role. He is also good with programming and networking; rates himself a perfect score of 5 in this area.
