- He was born and raised in Hong Kong that is why he can speak Cantonese fluently. His currently working in XXX as NOC Engineer for 1 month now, but he is planning to find a new job because he is scared that the company will be close, and he will be layoff. He was in XXX as GOC Technician because of layoff he was forced to find a new job.
- His main duty in his current company is to support the IDD and SMS routing and more on Level 1 and 2 support. He usually supports his clients via phone and email. That is why his strongest skill is his Communication Skills, he even rates himself 4.5 out 5 because his been doing customer support for 10 to 12 years.
- Currently he is using JIRA that is why he rate himself 4 out 5 and in Zendesk he even rates himself 3 out 5 since he used 7 years ago so he needs some refreshments. In Cloud Technology he has a basic knowledge on it especially in AWS, and in Stackdrive he had experienced it before but just minimal, he just know the basic on it.
