She has completed her Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language in China and has a 1-year experience as a Customer Service and Marketing. She has been in Dubai for 1 year and she is in the process of acquiring her working visa so she could work in Dubai for longer term.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She can use basic computer navigation and she also has a good communication skills and customer facing skills as with her previous job she has been always in touch with the customers and she also does Chinese translation work for some of her previous clients.
3. She also handled customer inquiries and reported the issues that she has accumulated and resolved problems to her line manager on a weekly basis.
4. In Nepal she worked as a Sales Assistant for a Cosmetic shop and she helped in assisting customers and she also worked in Digital Marketing and posting in Facebook and other social media sites.
