Started his career way back 2006 as a Senior IT Support Engineer in XXXX. After that, decided to move in more networking. Joined, XXXX, an institute where he learned CCNA, Microsoft, and other as well. After that, joined XXXX as an IT Support where they handle servers and desktop computers. Then he transferred to XXXX as a Computer Lab Assistant where they are involved in assisting teachers and students in computer lab setups. Then, currently working as an IT Desktop Support Specialist in XXXX where he is mostly responsible is to maintain server network, storage devices, desktop support as well as managing video conference equipment.

Strongest skill would be in network computer devices. Mentions he is also very good with Microsoft and handling Kaspersky Antivirus especially in his current job. Rates himself 4 out of 5 in both Microsoft and Kaspersky.
