1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his journey about 5 years ago as a Cryptocurrency Investor then moved himself gradually to blockchain development. He got hired as a Product Developer for a metaverse project then was later on promoted as a Blockchain/Web3 Project Manager while he worked on side projects, mostly in metaverse, smart contract development DeFi, and Digital Payment solutions project. Then just few months ago, he was hired in XXXX as their CTO, he originally started as a Senior Blockchain Advisor for some projects; they are currently building a crypto wallet especially for smartwatches and he is the one leading the integration of blockchain and AI solutions as well to their clients.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be being a CTO and project manager since this is his area of focus for the past few years and roles. He is also coming from a development background so he is knowledgeable with backend and frontend development using various tools and technologies. On top of that, he has a good communication and negotiation skill that he can contribute to the table if he’s going for a CTO or senior positions.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Currently, he’s a CTO and he’s doing a balance of management side and technical side since he also have to still code and do development himself. He has about 3-4 years now in web3 and blockchain, also has been creating an AI model for current company so he’s good in creating and training models as well. For backend and frontend frameworks, he’s okay with API integrations and JavaScript since he started as a Web Developer. Familiar and exposed to startup culture as well, has joined several startups and is currently a technical leader/CTO so he has the experience as well in that area.
