Has 3+ years of experience in web development and has worked on different technologies as a full stack developer. He is currently associated with a US-based software company in Pakistan named XXXX where they work on multiple projects from clients, mainly focusing on websites or anything that their clients will require.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his problem-solving skills and considers himself a great problem-solver. He also handles a team of 4 people so he is good with project/time management and is good with communicating with his team. For the programming languages, he is proficient with Ruby on Rails, Django, and has great knowledge of C++ as well during his time on university.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
He has good knowledge of C++ since he has been using this during his time in university, for about 5 years ago; can rate himself a 4 out of 5 when working with it. Very good with statistics and mathematics as well, he had high grades on it during university. Also considers himself a great problem-solver. He is doing trading during his free time so he is very interested in trading and financial markets.
