1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Graduated in Social Sciences and Management Studies. For her intern, she has worked as a Marketing Intern where he focused on their marketing growth strategies and created dashboards for them. After graduation, she worked on real estate where she was responsible for different commercial and property deals. This is where she honed her customer engagement skills. She then switched careers and joined XXXX as an Associate Brand Manager where she worked closely with developers and designers and work on their client’s websites and products mostly SAAS-based products and sell them on their website. They have worked with different partners including Apple, Cisco, and Dell. She is currently working as an Operations Specialist in XXXX where she was focusing more on the PowerBI to generate reports and forecast.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her data analysis skills and also very proficient with project management skills. Ever since she started her career, she has been working with cross-functional teams and developed her people management skills; how to deal with people and educate/give them solutions to their problems. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 in data analysis since she’s still learning and a perfect score of 5 in project/people management since she really loves collaborating with people and helping them out.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has a previous project manager experience already on her past jobs. Also has technical background; often uses PowerBI, CRM, and SQL for her current role. She is also knowledgeable with Amazon Web Services although she worked closely with Azure but still has good knowledge and experience with AWS. Has lots of experience in deploying SAAS and was heavily involved in working with SAAS-based products for her clients before.
