Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He’s a game developer specifically with Unreal Engine, worked also with Unity before for a short period of time. He is proficient with Blueprinting and C++ in UE. He usually does game logics and mechanics and just a little bit of game design. He is currently full time working in Upwork as game developer in which he has developed several games already such as car-racing, NFT based blockchain, RTS game, 3rd person and RTS mixture and has worked on multiplayer games as well.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be game programming especially making game logics. He’s good with problem-solving that makes him proficient with game mechanics as well, specifically written in C++. Passionate about how game works and during his time in Unity, he has also worked with the same pattern. Rates himself a 3.5-4 out of 5, still has lots to learn since this is deep field.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2 years of professional game development and overall, 3+ years doing game development. Has Unreal Engine experience for almost 3 years. Strong with C++ and blueprinting. Familiar with versioning and repository best practices. Have experience in rendering, shaders, lighting which he thinks is all under game design, says he can do it but not really proficient.
