Have been working with XXXX for 3+ years now but is very keen to programming even before that. Have mainly used C++ for his current job, along with C#. Have also done several projects and most of them are using C++. He is always coming up with new ideas to solve different problems.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest with C++, C# and has been doing it for the whole of his career and even before that, during his university days. Rates himself a 9/10 in C++ and C#. Also has knowledge in Python especially during his university days.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 3+ years of experience in C++ Development. Has experience in SQL and its part of his current job. Has some ideas with Windows Service and TCP Communication but haven’t done this in a working level yet. Comfortable with using Linux OS.
