He is working at XXX solutions as a manual SQA engineer for 2 years now. He said that in his current company he is mainly performing manual testing but has some basic automation experience as well. He said that he is handling tasks from the Junior up to the QA lead. He said that he started as a Junior QA and now he is handling a team of 10 to 15 people. He said that he’s handling the DB testing, API, and different manual testing tasks.

He said that he has a good communication skills, negotiation skills, and have the ability to work under pressure. He also said that he is good in time management and plan the things he needs to do before the deadline.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With 2 years of experience in manual testing while 4 to 6 months of experience in automation using the Cypress. He is also knowledge able in SQL, JavaScript, and willing to learn more on the selenium and cucumber.
