1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working at XXX for 1 year now and her previous job are not really related to the IT industry. Her first role was a quality improvement and work as the assistant for the engineers and their company is a semiconductor company which produces LCD of the phones and CCTV cameras. Her role is to provide the engineers the daily data and for her second job, it’s for the web researcher and their client was an insurance company in US and her job was to provide the items that have been insured for cleaning. Then currently, her role is a QA and do manual and automation testing as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She is more focus on the manual testing which she rates her skills 4 out of 5 while for automation testing 3 out of 5 and with more than 1 year of experience for both. She has an experience using selenium and do training as well for cucumber for 2 weeks. Have an experience in Java and python which she rates her skills in Java 4 out of 5 and with 4 months of experience while for python is 3 out of 5 with 2 weeks of training as well. She is also knowledgeable with the software requirements and business process and rates her skills in doing test cases and test scripts 4 out of 5.
