- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
- Currently working as an IT Support Engineer in X with two offices, Dublin HQ, and HK is the side branch and he is the only IT out of the 60 users in HK. He handles the first-time escalation in hardware, software, and printer issues he would then create a ticket and it’ll be handled by himself.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
- He specializes in Support and rates himself 4 out of 5. He managed servers and recently moved their on-prem serves to Azure. His current company, they are currently using SharePoint but he does not manage it however he has access to the permission and the management of SharePoint as well as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Defender. Previously he was involved in the migration of MS Exchange to Microsoft 365. He is knowledgeable in Azure backup where he recently moved their own on-prem servers and created all their subsequent servers over to Microsoft Azure. He is familiar with using the SCCM with his previous company.
