1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Senior Systems and Network Engineer responsible for the design, plan and review system architecture, and end-to-end deployment and maintenance of systems and network. Troubleshoot, analyse, register/ log and follow-up on all technical issues. This also includes IP network implementation, system implementation, cyber security implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and analysis of the systems.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is a CCNA certified specializes in Networks and Network Security such as firewall, and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has solid experience in troubleshooting for Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WiFi, LDAP, etc.
He also provides training for on-boarding new Operations Engineers and performs UAT for new monitoring tools to be on-boarded. He provides Level 3 support and provide backup coverage. He added that he has no experience in the DWDM network but he is keen to learn this role.
