Started working in Singapore in 2015, that time they used another system and would like to migrate to a newer version of Microsoft AX. He had a primary role in migrating the previous system to the latest one, building customizations for the system.

The primary duty he has as an ERP administrator is to support the user, provide training as well. He maintained the data, main accounts, any creations in the system that required administrator roles for: bank, vendor, customer he was responsible for that.

Took part in linking and implementations of Third party (Singaporean vendor) purchase and order system to their main ERP system.

For accounting and master data he has control over that. In accounting and finance he has good knowledge in this especially he is working in ERP software for payables & receivables; responsible for reports generated by the system.

Would say he has good skill and experience with supporting users, leveraging them and providing customer service management.

For Microsoft Dynamics AX he would rate himself as 4 out of 5, would say he has a good grasp of the platform and experience in utilizing it, but still has a chance to expand on it being an in-house consultant.
