1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Salesforce Administrator for XXX, an Australian recruitment and service company. Her responsibilities included planning what projects the salesforce could deliver to help the organization meet its quarterly goals and targets. She is the only one in charge of the entire salesforce integration, including document generation and marketing tools. In addition, she assisted end-users with requests such as reporting, user creation, and other tasks.
She also works as a Senior Salesforce Consultant with XXXX Cloud Solutions, where she collaborates with clients to deliver solutions tailored to their specific business requirements. Work closely with junior administrators and developers to help them understand what they need to perform for certain clients. She is in charge of the clients, a more complex task in salesforce such as design and gathering requirements, triggers salesforce pages, then the basic task will be forwarded to junior admins as well work with developers in India to meet the client's requirements.
She's also worked as a Salesforce Consultant in XXXX Application, where she played a significant role similar to XXX Cloud Solutions' presales team, capturing high-level requirements of the customers and providing estimates based on the initial request.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She is strongest in business analysis and solution design, spending time understanding the needs of business users and stakeholders before developing a solution based on the business requirements, such as documentation and process flow. With new features added to salesforce on a quarterly basis, the rating is 4.5 out of 5.
Her successful Salesforce project was contract management automation, which included subscription-based products, to create certain numbers of opportunities by just clicking a button and filling out a form. Also created a contract renewal process, so that salespeople are aware of future renewals in their pipeline and can simply follow up with customers.
