With more than 9 years of experience working in the IT industry. He is currently working as a Customer Solutions Architect and he is mainly focusing on the presales engineering. He said that in the company there are separate department who are tasks or assigned to do the implementations and he is on the presales and do the discussions with the customers, attending the client meetings, and scoping business requirements. He also said that they are currently or slightly transitioning into an ICT company and offer cybersecurity, cloud, and voice services etc.

He has a strong skill in customer service which he rates his skills 4 out of 5. With experience in presales and network for both LAN and WAN for 9 years now. He also said that he had an experience handling 5 to 10 people in his previous job and with Cisco certification as well.
