Is currently a Data Center Operator in XXXX. Runs multi-platform systems on Mainframe, PowerBI, Oracle, and IDS. He is providing 24/7 support monitoring functions in Command Center. Also worked as a Deskside Support Engineer at XXXX, main task is end-user support for users of different department. Before that, was also a Data Center Engineer also in XXXX. Worked also as an IT Staff in XXXX where he’s the only IT Staff and has to do all the IT concerns in the company.

Very good at working with Mainframe because this is his daily task in current job and rates himself a 4 out of 5 in it.

Has more than 2 years of experience in IT Support. Has extensive knowledge in Windows 7 & 10, MS Office and 365 Applications. Proficient with different PC/Laptop peripherals except upper machines. Has experience in support of printer and mobile devices in his previous job. Has experience in Active Directory, Exchange, but don’t have much experience in Apple OS.
