Been working in the IT industry for 8 years now. Started off as a NOC Analyst in XXXX then transitioned as a Platform Engineer with XXXX wherein he manage and maintain servers, both for production and staging, to ensure optimal performance. Also worked as a NOC Lead in XXXX, a FinTech company, wherein he managed and coordinated with NOC team ensuring network systems are running without interruptions. Then applied back to XXXX in 2021 as a DevOps Engineer. Skills would include incident management, O365, also some Github, Jenkins, AWS, Project Management as well as Security.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest with Project Management and Incident Handling since he has been with the operations for the longest time. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in Project Management and Incident Handling.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2+ years of experience in DevOps role. Do have experience in Github, Docker, and bit of Kubernetes. Have exposure in AWS even before when he was in XXXX. Do use Azure in the company but only in a specific group. Knows how to create CI/CD pipelines but not that excellent yet. Has basic experiences in SQL and relational databases. Has worked for a FinTech, XXXX, before which is basically a lending application. Do have lead experience, he is a senior with informal lead role during time in XXXX and has to oversee the team. Also a NOC Lead in XXXX wherein he did people management as well as technical roles.
