After that, he became an Incident Management Analyst in XXXX where he’s involved in organizing, managing, and maintaining of different effective IT support. Then he joined XXXX as a Configuration Management mainly focused on Infrastructure. Recently, he’s a freelancer DevOps Engineer in XXXX.

Has 15-20 years of experience in IT Support. Also, have experience in Windows 7, 10, & 11. Good with MS Office and 365 applications. Knowledgeable with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Also have supported printers and mobile devices before. Proficient with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
Has 10+ years of experience in being senior roles. Has 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Intermediate knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Familiar with IDEs and Git technologies. Doesn’t design SDLC, but he has experience in following it.
