1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Been in the IT Industry for 8 years now and the first few years of his career was more on the network engineering and system administration side. After that, transitioned to software development and was a Java Software Engineer for XXXX where he mostly used Java for backend; HTML5, CSS4, and Angular for frontend. He worked here as a Java Backend Developer wherein he’s handling different microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Also using different cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Git, Bitbucket, and Gitlab. He has experience as well in JIRA and Microsoft ADO. For the past years of his career, most of his projects are involved more on API integrations and migration from legacy to microservice. He is currently working in XXXX, a FinTech industry, as a Full Stack Developer where he’s involved more on web applications development. He is mostly focused on frontend using ReactJS but also does backend using Java and Spring Boot. Also have knowledge in mobile applications but lately, he’s more on web application development.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Java for backend, also prefer using C++ and .Net. For frontend, it would be ReactJS. Has a total experience of 5 years in Java now, started using it in 2018. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in Java and 3 out of 5 in ReactJS because he believes he still needs to learn more and gain more experience on it.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 3+ years of doing lead roles and has around 4 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Proficient with Java, and also has experience in spring boot and spring MVC for 4 years now. Using IntelliJ, Eclipse, and NetBeans for IDEs, as well as PyCharm. Experienced doing UML and with Git technologies. For SDLC, rates himself a 4 out of 5. Do have experience in Waterfall, and right now it’s more on Agile. Also has experience in Oracle and SQL Database.
