1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a Full Stack Developer currently working in XXXX, client XXXX, as an Application Developer/Consultant. His main task is backend development and additional features for their mobile application. Recently, the feature that they made allows the creation of new accounts for new users of the bank without going to physical branches. He started there as a mid-level developer but later on was assigned in senior role. Currently handles a team of 3-4 juniors. Before that, he was a full stack developer for XXXX wherein he mostly does frontend/backend development. He mostly used angular, typescript, reactjs, and spring boot back then. Alongside, he was also a freelance full stack developer for an Australian company since 2021.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in backend development using Spring Boot for 4+ years already in his current company. He rates himself 4 out of 5 in it because he thinks there’s other things that he needs to know and improve regarding it.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   As for the official title of being a lead/senior, he doesn’t have it yet but he is handling senior tasks in his current job for almost 3 years now which includes supervising junior developers and the typical development works. Has 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Is proficient in using Java especially Spring Boot, has also bit of experience in Spring MVC but not much exposed since he’s mostly using Spring Boot but can be learned in a short span of time. Also good with IDEs, UML, and using GIT. Rates himself 4 out of 5 in project management methodologies and has been using Agile scrum since then. Has experience in MySQL in previous jobs and has experience in Oracle DB during his college days and has some personal projects using it.
