1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been functioning as a Full Stack Developer most of his career. Have initially worked on Java for the backend side for almost 7 years and for database, have experience in RDMS such as SQL and also NoSQL. For the frontend, can work with React, Angular, and VueJS as well. Can also work with NodeJS. Have been working with development and also have some experience with multiple projects wherein he was assigned to lead a team to work with junior developers and guiding them. Worked closely with project managers. Last role was with XXXX wherein he was a Full Stack Developer and handle two projects for XXXX. Also was a Senior Software Engineer for XXXX and XXXX. Before that, was a Full Stack Developer for XXXX and was a Senior Programmer Analyst for 6 years in XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Confident with working in the backend side but is flexible as well as to being a Full Stack Developer. Strongest with NodeJS and Angular because worked with it for some time now. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in it.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience in lead roles. Has at least 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Good with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC. For IDEs, using mostly Eclipse and IntelliJ. Also familiar with UML and Git technologies. Good in Agile and has done some sprints planning in previous jobs. Also experienced with Oracle and SQL databases.
