1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently employed with XXXX, specifically in XXXX, and is assigned to the JavaScript section. They have a site application and he’s one of the full stack developers to manage it using NodeJS, ReactJS, and Oracle. The application is an investment application for Metrobank subscribers and has also done CI/CD, bug fixing, and additional features in the application. Prior to that, he was assigned in XXXX for 3 years before the pandemic wherein he was also assigned to using NodeJS and ReactJS and did CMS application both backend/frontend and also implemented some advanced features for it.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Very adept with using JavaScript especially NodeJS and ReactJS for about 7+ years now. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 since it’s constantly evolving and updating and needs to improve every now and then. He’s also good with Angular, VueJS, and has used TypeScript since 2017.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He is currently doing senior roles in current company and tasks includes coaching junior developers and is also assigned in doing code reviews. Has 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development and has used Java as frontend for android development during 2013-2016. No experience yet on Spring Boot but can easily learn it. Familiar with IDEs and UML since these are the tools they’re using to create different designs for their applications. Also proficient in using GIT and rates himself 4 out of 5 in SDLC since there’s always room for improvements. Experienced in SQL/Oracle and other DB as well.
