With more than 6 years of experience working in the IT industry. She’s been working as a network engineer for the past six years and currently employed as an intermediate network engineer. He daily task includes handling change requests, incident tickets, and service request tickets and involved in the SDWAN activities such as the migration etc. She also handle LAN activities like the Configuration, troubleshooting, patch updates, and preparing configuration templates. She also participate in Wi-Fi discussions and hit map creations for their offices and warehouse across the globe and engage also on their third-party vendors for further escalations if needed.
