1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He began with his career in the digital marketing, mostly for a fintech startup. After that, slowly began transitioning to the game industry and went back to school to pursue game design. He is now with XXXX as a Game Designer where he is responsible for designing games, writing game design documents, working with engineers and artists, and execute the game plan/design in his head. He has work a lot in game engines themselves such as Unity or Unreal Engine, lots of design tools like Figma or Framer and a bit of creating the documents and spreadsheets.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his broad knowledge of the game industry, he has done all types of game design such as mechanics and systems, economy, to characters and narratives. His leadership skills are great as well since he’s working with a startup and he has to do a bit of everything there. In terms of the tools, he’s most proficient with Unity game engine and lots of UX tools such as Figma, Machinations, and Google Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has over 5 years of experience in the game design industry. Has a bit of experience with project/product management as well since he works in a startup and has to wear multiple hats at some points. Also has experience from game concept, design, development, up to the publishing. Mostly works on mobile games, idle games, a bit of action and platformer, also hyper casual games; personally knowledgeable and has good background of 4x games and aspires to work on it professionally
