1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been an IT professional in the Philippines for about 18 years now. He is currently doing consulting for IT infrastructure solutions. His last role was an IT Infrastructure Manager/Group Head where he was responsible for the over-all allocation and control of the hardware & software. Before this, he was an IT Corporate Manager for XXXX and XXXX. Mostly, he was an IT Manager for previous roles as well. Way back 2016, he became a project manager handling technical supports, developers, and programmers. His main responsibility before is to sell IT solutions, evaluate their requirements, and ensure their ROI.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be the whole IT Infrastructure since he has been doing this for almost 2 decades now. He is also good with customer support, sales support, and understanding the requirements of their clients/customers. Can rate himself a 4/5 when it comes to IT Infrastructure.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Can say that he is strong with solution selling and doing sales from scratch, headhunting for clients. For his previous roles, he is presenting their report to their top management, board directors, and clients. Comfortable and confident going out there to look for potential clients. Can rate himself a 4/5 in doing sales. For IT Infrastructure, he can say that he is strong with it and has experience selling for inventory system, POS, payroll, and timekeeping as well for software side; for hardware side, he has experienced selling servers, firewall, router management, Wi-Fi, CCTV installation, network installation, structured cabling, and is also very strong with hardware components.
