She first started with XXXX as a Senior Customer Representative then after 3 years, moved on to her real passion and joined XXXX as a Remote Desktop Support where she was involved in purchasing licenses for the company’s applications. Months after, she switched as a Desktop Engineer where she was responsible for troubleshooting systems and computers. Then after some internal issues in their company, she was transferred as their Infrastructure Reliability Engineer where she was the only one doing it in their company. She was doing the infrastructure for the global automation robotics and also support their servers.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be troubleshooting since she has been doing this for quite some time now, starting when she was still a Desktop Engineer. She also has this attitude that she will not stop working until the problem is fixed. Determination to succeed

Has a strong background in the IT infrastructure side and has been working on it since her first job with XXXX as a Desktop Support, for about 9 years now. She is strong with troubleshooting and can rate herself a 3 out of 5 in the general IT Infrastructure. She hasn’t had any sales-related role before but she is very keen to learn it.
