1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has about 30 years of experience in the IT industry; 5 years for IT academics, started as an IT College Professor, College Dean, and Academic Head at XXXX and a solid 25 years in handling IT team. His recent role is an IT Director at XXXX where he handles presales, solution architecture, creating design, and several opportunities related to infrastructure such as cloud infrastructure. He does solutions design for both hardware, software, and even managed services. He also was a Senior Manager before for XXXX where he handled other regions such as Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. He had several projects here that has been implemented; created 20 policies related to IT, guidelines, processes, and procedures. Before this, he was a Senior Manager for XXXX where he handled 500 branches not only in the Philippines but also internationally.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill is that he is customer centric. He has this attitude where he considers the needs of his customers and end users, even the stakeholders. He is also a great communicator and can communicate message thoroughly. Another thing he’s strong with is his empathy; truly listening to what his customers/clients/stakeholders demand. Aside from this, he also is great with prioritizing things in a properly manner. He is also a motivator, not only himself, but also for his team. In the technical side, he is good with combination of both hardware and software. But nowadays, he can also handle hybrid system which is a combination of on premise infrastructure and cloud infrastructure.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He is very confident in solution selling since he has been a part of presales as well for his projects/job before. He also has experience on the vendor side. Has handled several sales projects and sell it properly. Can rate himself around 8-10 out of 10 in doing presales/solutions selling. For the IT Infrastructure, he can say he is around 9-10 already since he has been working with IT for about 25 years now, mostly doing IT Head, IT Manager, and recently an IT Director, involving IT Infrastructure.
