1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

He began his career in the Philippines, where he worked for over three years providing computer support for both software and hardware, as well as configuring network switches. During this time, he was employed at a large logistics company, where he played a key role in designing and configuring CCTV systems, planning PC setups, and determining network configurations. His responsibilities also included application support, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
After his tenure in the Philippines, he moved to Singapore and took on a role as an IT Executive in a technology company. There, he performed similar duties, including computer support, software and hardware maintenance, and CCTV configuration. Additionally, he managed biometrics clock-in systems for employee attendance, ensuring accurate tracking of in-and-out timings at client sites, such as offices and residential properties. This position provided him with hands-on experience in system security, including CCTV, biometrics, and clock-in solutions.
Currently, he is working in Dubai as a Junior IT Executive at a social enterprise company. He has been in this role for nearly two years, where he continues to provide IT support, manage hardware and software issues, and oversee procurement and inventory. His responsibilities also cover documentation, reporting, employee onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring network connectivity across multiple office sites. He supports two locations in Singapore, including a high-security call center, where his expertise in securing networks and maintaining IT infrastructure is critical to smooth operations.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skills lie in IT support at both Level 1 and Level 2, where he has extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. He is highly capable in network configuration and maintenance, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across different systems and environments.
Additionally, he has a solid background in application support, addressing software-related concerns and ensuring the smooth operation of various applications. His expertise spans multiple layers of IT support, showcasing his ability to handle a wide range of technical challenges efficiently.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
He has hands-on experience configuring Active Directory (AD) servers, and managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies to maintain secure and organized IT environments. This includes setting up domain controllers and ensuring seamless authentication processes.
He also has expertise with Microsoft Office 365, including email management, Teams collaboration tools, and overall integration within a corporate ecosystem. His ability to troubleshoot and support these platforms ensures smooth communication and productivity within any organization.
In addition, his practical knowledge extends to handling IT service desks, receiving and logging user calls, performing first-level troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed. This comprehensive support experience highlights his reliability and technical proficiency.
