One of his strongest skills is being an admin for various platforms. In his current company, he can manage any platform assigned to him. He ensures all tasks assigned to him are completed before the deadline. He is a multitasker and a quick learner, easily adapting to new challenges.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
In his current role as an IT support engineer, he is involved from the beginning, creating credentials and setting up devices for employees throughout their time with the company. He manages both in-house and offshore employees, with 300 in-house and overseeing an additional 200 to 500 offshore employees. He ensures their logins are set up and they log their time correctly which is similar to the functionality of Kronos system he previously managed. The current platform he used is Hodu and Time Clock Wizard. He is one of the admins managing workforce management to their company. He has 4 years of experience with Hodu and 2 years of experience with Kronos from 2016 to 2018 although it is way back 6 years ago, he can easily adopt with any platform especially for Kronos.
