With more than 20 years of experience working in the IT industry. He said that in his 15 years of experience, he is more on the leadership side and been helping the organization to become more efficient with the proper technology. He started his career as a system engineer and had an experience leading a team as well for 6 months since the team lead was terminated so he took the lead role. He also had an experience working in the call center industry as the IT incident analyst and been working as an IT manager in his previous roles. He was also handling 10 accounts which is for 10 different customers with different technologies. He was also exposed in different technologies like for SCCM, UCM by cisco.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? .Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he has a good skill in terms of the networks which he rates his skill for 4 out of 5 while servers active directories, policy making, and helpdesk for 5 out of 5. He also has 15 years of experience handling teams and the largest was more than 20 people and had an experience building a network from scratch and with ITIL certifications as well.
