With more than 13 years of experience working in the IT industry. He said that in his previous job, he was handling their Batangas site and handle the operations, servers, network etc. After that, he got a chance to pursue his career in project management and getting the PMP back then. He was handling the network engineers and successfully launch a project which they migrated from the hardware servers to the cloud servers. He also worked as an IT manager and handled level 4 global service desk and other network services for a year. In his previous job, he was an IT manager for the ecommerce business which is for independent contract, he was handling the website and directly reported to the client.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? .
With strong skill in people management, project management and hardware and software which he rates his skills 4 out of 5. He also said that he has a good knowledge in creating policies.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With more than 13 years of experience in the IT industry and with 8 years of experience handling people. He has a soldi experience in LAN and WAN networks and said that he had an experience building the networks, installing the servers and switches in his previous job. He also has a certification for Palo Alto and Oracle.
