- He is a Senior IT Support specialist that earned his senior level because of his dedication and passion in his role. Being eager to learn new things is one of his strength as an IT professional. He started as Junior Analyst supporting Level 1 concerns of the end user, after a year he became Mid level Analyst supporting Level 2 concern and just last year 2020 he earned his Senior position as Senior IT Support Analyst now he supported and manage a team. 5 members in Hong Kong and 2 members in China. He also provides senior solution in some parts of Asia like Japan, Thailand and Singapore.
- He is confident on doing Web Categories such as White Listing Email domain and Black Listing in email and website. He has a basic knowledge in using Linux.
- He supported Level 3 or high-level incidents such as servers issue, domain and he also use registry to configure some system admin issues. He also to some investigations to resolve some IT issues he is hands-on on doing this. He also had an experience ins power shell and do some power scripting.
