1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She have been working as a tester for 4 years now and started her career in XXX and mostly do manual and automation testing but they are focusing using AFT and integration using SAP. She stays there for 3 years and transfer to XXX and doing contractual job so she stay for about 5 months only and do the same responsibility which is doing the manual testing for SAP and do testing on their own software and after some time she decided to go back and do full-time job so she landed in Alorica which is her current company. They do manual testing and assign with the corporate websites, or their client facing websites and usually do check the webUI design, INC tickets for bugs, and the one assigned for the overall testing of the 3 websites. In between those times, she does freelance works via Upwork for manual testing using Jira and Adobe AEM. Check requirement using Figma since that is also a web design tool.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   For her soft skills, she can say that she is very much willing to learn anything outside she is currently doing. She is also good in time management since she have done simultaneous jobs before doing the Upwork freelancing. She is very much confident in doing manual testing and more focus on that for quite some time now and good with the UI type of testing and experienced as well in Figma and XD mock-ups. She is also good in bug tracking, doing test cases, test plans, and scripts which she rates her skills 4.5 out of 5 since she do it for more than 4 years now while for automation testing she has 3 years of experience and rates her skills 2 out of 5. She also have an experience using HTML and knowledgeable for the software requirements and business process.
